Click “Copy address” and paste it into the target website. Before submitting, compare every character before and after @ to avoid typos from manual entry.
Wait for the Email
Return to TempPin; your inbox refreshes automatically. Verification codes usually arrive within a few seconds to two minutes. You can also click refresh manually.
Step 4: Open the Email and Complete Only the Current Task
Check the sender and subject before opening the message. When copying a verification code or confirmation link, make sure the domain belongs to the website you just used. Never reply to suspicious messages asking for your password, payment details, or recovery key.
What Each Page Status Means
Stay connected and wait a few seconds. If it times out, click “Get another” to make a new request.
The page checks for new messages periodically. A count of 0 means there are no real emails; the two examples marked “Demo” are not included.
Complete your task before the timer reaches zero. Once the address expires, don’t rely on it to recover an account.

- You haven’t linked this address to an account that needs ongoing notifications
- Important accounts now use a regular email address or forwarding alias you control long term
Common Mistakes
Myth 1: You can always recover the address. Neither the temporary access token nor the address should be treated as an account backup.Myth 2: A temporary email means complete anonymity. It only isolates your email address. Websites may still identify visitors through login, payment, device, or network information.Myth 3: Repeated requests are faster.
